This documentary doesn't really expose much about professional wrestling that isn't already known. The participants injure themselves, live hard lives and are in a great deal of pain, so in that respect its a lot like being a teacher.

The movie isn't just a commercial for professional wrestling, it does put all of it in a pretty bad light. Where the movie becomes worthwhile is in some surprisingly human moments that Mick "Mankind" Foley provides. This isn't a horrible pick, but it's not worth going out of your way to find.
