Punisher is an old favorite of my revenge-fantasy warped teens. This is definitely his more cartonish side, but Jigsaw is the classic enemy. Looks like they're going for the combat visuals that were a little rare (but pungent) in the first one. I liked Tom Jane in the role, and at the moment Ray Stevenson looks like he's coming from behind to impress me.
As for Sunday School, something tells me Frank Castle was not all that well catechized (he's supposed to be Catholic, I think).
Yup, Catholic. See
http://www.adherents.com/lit/comics/Punisher.html
which also features a shot of the GLORIOUS Punisher meets Archie comic, of which I am blessed with a copy.
