The only film I would ever go to see John Travolta in would be where he played an aging, fat, mail-it-in actor. Only getting parts due to his scientology connections, his left politics and a rapidly shrinking group of middle aged female fans who idolized him in his youth.

In that role Travolta might be convincing.

Anything else? Not so much.
