I've heard great things about the film but this trailer couldn't be more toneless. Not wild about the skirting the immigration laws bit. Don't like it when it happens here, don't like it when it happens there. The citizenship by marriage rules are in place based on good faith. This isn't the place for that argument, but it stuck in my craw enough to mention. The trailer itself doesn't sell this film at all for me. Why is the film so powerful? Why should I care? All we're given here is some mopey Eurotrash hugging with no shirts on. Perhaps later trailers will do a better job.
