Movie Trailer: Léon the Professional
A lot of style and not enough script. This is a nicely styled movie but Gary Oldman, at the height of his overacting days and Besson toying with notions of pedophilia are too much to handle. The pedophilia comes in when the main character Léon (Jean Reno) takes in a very young Natalie Portman. The relationship between the two is provocative and therefore just wrong. Even if one is morally retarded and isn’t put off by the insinuations made in the film there is still enough wrong with this movie to recommend avoiding it.

Screenwriter: Luc Besson (Angel-A)
Director: Luc Besson (The Fifth Element)
Actors: Jean Reno (The Crimson Rivers), Natalie Portman (V for Vendetta), Gary Oldman (Sid & Nancy) and Danny Aiello (Hudson Hawk)
