Cass Pennant was a Jamaican raised in London. Learning violence as a way to survive, Cass moves through the ranks of the street to become a feared figure. At the height of his power there was an assassination attempt which then led him to reconsider how he was living his life. This could be good depending on how its handled. Writer/Director Jon S. Baird doesn't have a long track record, and I'm not familiar with his work. If he has a cautious hand and doesn't play up the violence too much and concentrates on the redemption of Cass, this could be quite good.
