When you're watching a movie, if you ever feel in your gut that what you're doing is wrong - stop. This is when you want to examine why you're watching. If you're viewing content with strong violence or stark sexuality, you should be mindful of what is going on in your mind. If the content is simply foul, ask yourself why you're consuming it. If you can't come up with something better than "I dunno" you should probably put the product aside.Labels: miscellaneous, movie watching tip
