Earth Day should be banned. What an awful, awful thing. I hear "Earth Day" and all my red flags start flapping in the wind. They're red because they alert me to international Marxist movements - but I'm silly that way.

Okay, so this will be coming to DVD before too long. It certainly looks nice and they obviously got some good coverage of the big kitties. Hooking this to Earth Day and given that it is a big corporate movie forces me to assume this is a propaganda piece and somewhere there will be some political message.

It sickens me that we live in a culture where even a stupid movie about lions can't escape cynicism. You may say that it's just me being paranoid. No. I've seen way too many kids movies that seem fine on the outside and then you begin watching and it may as well have Hitler Youth signing the praises of our glorious leader.

Here's to hoping this escaped the machinations of the agenda merchants.
