Movie Trailer: Wanted
This should be like Timur Bekmambetov's other movies, it will look fantastic and have some clever shots but as a whole it will be little more than an amusement ride with no lasting value. I do find it interesting that at they say at the beginning of the trailer that the lead "is just like everyone else" and he is then later referenced as "coasting through a miserable existence". Apparently, the filmmakers believe you to be a useless slug of a person who amounts to nothing. Nice. What he's missing in his life is "purpose". His "purpose" is apparently to murder people. Again, nice.

Is it me or is Angelia Jolie looking like she needs to start snacking more? I know I'm supposed to think she's beautiful, but I honestly think she's looking a little sick. C'mon Angie, eat the Kit-Kats and nuts over on the craft table.

"curve the bullet"? LOL.

Yes, Angelina Jolie is looking like she's trying to avoid sagging by getting all baggy and thin. heroin chic is not her thing.

This looks like the Matrix, minus the pretentious pseudoreligious nonsense, but also minus the excuse for the preposterous physics, and NOW (Limited Time Only!) with EVEN LESS PLOT! :-)

The average Hollywood action movie is enough to make physicists cry in frustration - this one will give them nightmares

The graphic novel has the main villian (a Joker-esque character dubbed "Mister Rictus") as a former Christian who died as a result of an industrial accident, find out there was no God or Heaven, and came back wanting to live life on a whim (most of the time on the bad end of the spectrum). I don't know if this has been removed from the film or not, but the source material, while having an interesting idea (supervillians rule the world), the blasphemy, untruthfulness, and amount of obscene material may make the movie an ungodly mess.
