Woody actually doesn't flag it that obviously for me as "bad," though he's mediocre. He's only really bad as a comic lead, I think.... and Ben Kingsley is a plus for me, though there's no arguing with your point about some of those movies. This one is looking like that one about the rich white kid who spends years in Turkish prisons, actually, only with better cinematography and cooler characters--up to the part where I start seeing people hanging off trains and suggestions of rail collisions, at which point I begin to suspect the project is going to jump the tracks.

Harrelson has made more completely hideous movies than he's made mediocre ones. Brendan Fraizer, Colin Farrell, Matt Damon, these are the faces of modern mediocrity.
