Jean Reno is like Robert DeNiro, for me: at his best, he's great; more commonly, I still like him, even as I admit every criticism against his choice of parts and movies, and his lack of range, is probably true. I just enjoy seeing him on the screen--Ronin was a great vehicle for both of them, in this way, and despite its flaws as a movie.
Cheers,
PGE
